Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions for Malaysia, including and not limited to payroll, recruitment, managing employee relations matters, employee welfare, training and development.
Handle payroll calculations including (Basic salary, Overtime, Commissions and etc.)
Ensure statutory compliance for EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDC, CP22 and etc.
Prepare payroll reports, bank transfer listings, and salary summaries.
Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Monitor attendance, overtime, and leave records and verify attendance data before payroll processing.
Maintain and update employee personal files and HR database.
Prepare HR letters including Confirmation letters, Warning letters and etc.
Responsible for ensuring that the entire onboarding and offboarding process goes on smoothly.
Support recruitment (Talent search, screening CVs and call candidates)
Assist to handling employee enquiries professionally.
Drafting of weekly & monthly HR Reports
To follow up with HODs the staff performance reviews for probationers monthly.
Job requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years’ relevant working experience, fast paced environment;
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
Good understanding of Employment Act;
Well versed in Microsoft Office (e.g. Words, Excel & PowerPoint);
