Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching markets, qualifying leads, and developing a strong sales pipeline. The role involves conducting outbound outreach, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and negotiating terms with potential clients. The individual will manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to business strategies and revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of Business principles, market dynamics, and basic financial concepts related to sales and revenue growth.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven Account Management capabilities, with experience nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and productivity software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Experience in technology, engineering, or related sectors is an advantage, along with familiarity with the Malaysian market.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
