Job Requirements:-

1. Minimum SPM or above.

2. Candidate must possess Certificate of Competency Boilerman Grade 2.

3. At least 1 year experience as Boilerman.

4. Experienced in the Chemical Industry and Distribution Control System (DCS) are encouraged to apply.

5. Applicants must possess driving licence and own transport.

6. Willing to work shift.

Job Responsibilities:-

1. Boiler daily operation.

2. Boiler maintenance and feed water treatment.

3. Monitoring, recording & patrolling of Boiler operation.

4. Water treatment (Included to add some agent e.g :- cooling & boiler chemicals)

5. Assist in the plant trouble shooting for Boiler.

6. Charge raw materials and other materials into reactor via manually.

7. Plant operation, monitoring and recording (with DCS, Panel instrument in the control room).

8. Sampling at the plant and process analysis in the laboratory.

9. Rework the off spec product.

10. Filter press operation and maintenance.

11. To ensure safety working environment and maintain the good housekeeping with 5S activities.
