Position Overview:

Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the organization run smoothly, efficiently, and effectively. Responsible for providing administrative support to the operations team and coordinating various operational activities.

Job Description:

• In charge for data entry routine.
• Assist in conducting stock take at warehouse.
• To provide good customer service.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including answering telephones and directing calls, dispatch and clerical works.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in the management of inventory, including receiving and distributing materials, tracking stock levels, and conducting inventory counts.
• Conduct quality checks on products and services, reporting any issues or defects to the operations team.
• To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Good interpersonal communication skill.
• Independent, self-motivated with good initiative and creative with strong multi-tasking skill
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Required language(s): Mandarin , English & Bahasa Malaysia (both written and verbal)
