The Senior Executive supports business growth and ensures smooth execution of IT projects. The role involves client engagement, preparing proposals, coordinating project activities, gathering requirements, and providing training/documentation. Works closely with IT and management teams to deliver successful IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support business development through client meetings, presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate IT project activities, schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Gather customer requirements and communicate them to internal teams.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and billing/invoicing documents.
• Conduct user training, onboarding, and basic product demonstrations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and assist in overall project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in IT BD, project coordination, or business analysis.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently.
