· Preparation of Registration of Construction with DOSH

· Worksite Audit and Checklist Report

· Preparation of Safety and Health report to Management and DOSH

· Assist and advise the Safety and Health Committee members

· Conduct toolbox meeting with site workers

· To ensure compliance with OSHA/FM acts and other statutory requirement pertaining to safety issues at worksite

· Contractor's Organisation Chart and Safety and Health Committee (SHC) Chart which shall describing the staff involved including list of duties and responsibilities

· Preparation and review of all Safety documentation required at work

· To organize and participate in educating/training and promoting safety among site personnel

· Conduct regular inspections of worksite

· Conduct accident investigation as and when necessary

· To prepare and review and updating the Safety and Health Plan

· To provide a monthly report of the Safety and Health performance to management

· Create awareness of the applicable legal requirements for EMS and OHS

· Create awareness on appropriate actions to address risks

· Assist in the implementation of emergency preparedness and response

· Document, review and verify evaluation of OHS compliance to applicable legal requirements periodically

· List of Prohibited foods and drinks including drugs and medicines

· List of Personal Protective Equipment at Works

· Schedule of OSH Trainings and Programmes to all workmen

· Emergency Response Plan

· Safe Operational Procedure

· Format of Incident investigation report

· Format of daily Reporting on Incident Statistic

· Sanitation for workmen

· Safety Signage and Traffic Control

· Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC)

· Any other task assigned by superior

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

· You must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or CERTIFICATE OF SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER from Niosh (Green Book or Yellow Book)

· 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
