About Blue Label
Blue Label Pizza & Wine is a modern American pizzeria with a serious wine list — stone-fired pizza, an old world-leaning by-the-glass program, and a 70s & 80s rock soundtrack. Small in size, big in spirit. We take the food and the wine seriously; we don't take ourselves too seriously. We're growing the team across our Ann Siang and Mandarin Gallery location and looking for people who feel the same way.
Location: Blue Label Pizza & Wine (either venue) · Reports to: Service Supervisor / Assistant Manager · Type: Full-time or Part-time
The role. You're the face of the room — greeting guests, running the floor, talking pizza and wine, and making people want to come back. No prior fine-dining background required; the right attitude beats a long résumé.
What you'll do
Welcome and seat guests, take orders, and run food and drinks with pace and care
Learn the menu and the by-the-glass list well enough to make a confident recommendation
Set, reset, and maintain a clean, tidy section throughout service
Handle the POS, process payments, and manage table turns during peak periods
Support the bar and kitchen pass; communicate clearly across the team
What we're looking for
A genuine, warm hosting instinct and a calm head under a busy service
Some F&B or customer-facing experience preferred, but we will train the right person
Comfortable on your feet across a full shift; a real team player
Interest in wine is a big plus — we'll teach you the rest
WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 (Basic Food Hygiene) — held, or willing to obtain (we can arrange)
The shift reality. Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Be straight with yourself about this before applying — restaurant hours are restaurant hours.
What you get. $2,600–$3,000/month (full-time; part-time paid hourly) + tips share + AWS + staff meals + uniform allowance + medical allowance + CPF + a clear path into supervisor roles across the group.
