Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Apam Balik according to company recipes and SOPs.
• Prepare beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Greet customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Take orders, process payments, and pack takeaway orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Support daily outlet operations and teamwork.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic cooking skills are preferred.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to Nu Empire.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
