We are hiring a Payroll Executive to support payroll operations for Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with tax and legal requirements
• Liaise with external payroll vendors when required
• Handle payroll closing and reporting
• Process staff claims and reimbursements
• Support audits and provide payroll-related documents
• Handle expatriate tax matters
• Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or related field
• Experience with payroll procedures
• Knowledge of EA forms and tax calculations
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
