Location: Senai Airport City, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
  • Assist in daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
  • Prepare invoices, payment records, and accounting documents.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
  • Prepare reports and support finance-related activities.
  • Assist with general administrative duties when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with accounting or finance experience will have an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.

Language:
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage due to business requirements.
