Responsibilities
Position: Swift Crew
Location: SwiftBike Elmina Lakeside & Swiftbike Coalfields ( Opening Soon )
Service Fee: RM1,700 per month + Allowances after confirmation
Job Responsibilities:
- Open and close the outlet according to shift schedule.
- Assist customers with EV ride rentals and returns.
- Handle payments and basic transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of outlet and vehicles.
- Arrange and monitor stock of helmets, chargers, and accessories.
- Report incidents, damages, or customer issues to Employer.
Working Hours:
- Afternoon Shift: 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm (weekends until 12:00 am).
- Full Shift: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm (weekends until 12:00 am) OT APPLICABLE.
- Meal break: 2 hours for full shift.
