We sit at the intersection of strategy, research and global finance, giving senior executives at the world's top financial institutions the insights they need to make smarter decisions. We're looking for an Analyst or Lead Analyst (depending on experience) to join our Singapore team.

THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

This is not a typical analyst role. Where most analysts work on quantitative benchmarking (Excel, SQL, data modelling), this role is primarily qualitative and client-facing. If you're someone who thrives on conversation, facilitation and synthesising complex ideas into compelling narratives, this is the role for you.

You'll be the driving force behind our Technology Risk Working Group, a unique APAC offering that brings together senior technology and risk leaders from the region's leading banks every other month for peer exchange and industry roundtables.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Working group delivery

• Identify and engage three to four senior stakeholders across approximately ten financial institutions every other month
• Design and conduct structured interviews on technology risk challenges and industry trends
• Synthesise qualitative insights into industry perspectives and thought leadership content
• Chair and facilitate bi-monthly roundtables and peer forums, presenting findings and driving discussion between senior attendees

Content development

• Research regulatory developments and emerging trends in technology risk and compliance
• Develop working group agendas, briefing documents and client-ready discussion content

Benchmarking and commercial support

• Over time, contribute to broader benchmarking workstreams across APAC clients
• Support regional commercial programmes in coordination with the Singapore commercial team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Analyst (2+ years experience)

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, law or a related discipline (Second Upper Honours or equivalent)
• At least 2 years of experience in financial services, consulting or a related field

Lead Analyst (4+ years experience)

• As above, with at least 4 years of relevant experience and the ability to take greater ownership of client relationships and workstreams from the outset

For both levels, you will need:

• Familiarity with technology risk management, regulatory frameworks or compliance in financial services is a strong advantage
• A natural communicator who can hold a room, interviewing and facilitating discussions with C-suite and senior executives
• Strong research and writing skills, able to turn qualitative conversations into clear, structured industry insights
• Experience facilitating working groups, roundtables or panel discussions is highly desirable
• Proactive, organised and detail-oriented, someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told

LOCATION AND VISA

This role is based in our Singapore CBD office. Applicants must be currently living in Singapore or willing to relocate at their own cost. Visa and work sponsorship will be provided where required.
