Job Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and order-related issues.
• Coordinate with outlet teams regarding customer matters when necessary.
• Assist in basic marketing tasks such as preparing simple content, updating social media captions, and supporting promotional activities.
• Monitor online reviews and maintain positive customer engagement.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).
• Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented.
• Experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.

Working Location:

• Oriental Kopi (No. 39, Jalan TPP 3, Taman Perindustrian Putra, 47130 Puchong, Selangor)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
