Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and professional environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and manage all logistical needs for office activities.
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and timely reports for management.
  • Experience in facilities and hostel management, including coordination of maintenance, cleanliness, and overall safety standards.
  • Knowledge or exposure in safety management, including conducting safety briefings/training and familiarity with OSHA or workplace safety requirements.
  • Possess strong vendor management skills, with an established network or good working relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
  • Oversee office supplies, procurement, and inventory management to facilitate smooth office operations.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and standard operating procedures while contributing to ongoing process improvements.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track and manage office budgets, providing regular updates on expenditures and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Willing to travel as and when required for work-related matters.


 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
