About Role

Join the dynamic team at Vanity Cosmeceutical Sdn Bhd as an Ecommerce & Affiliate Executive. This full-time role based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of our growing ecommerce business.

Role Description

1. Host livestream sessions on platforms (TikTok, Shopee) to drive engagement and sales
2. Plan livestream flow, scripts, and promotional mechanics (vouchers, giveaways, bundles)
3. Manage marketplace operations including product listings, updates, and campaign execution
4. Handle customer enquiries, chats, complaints, refunds, and after-sales service
5. Ensure marketplace performance standards (response rate, fulfilment, health score) are met
6. Liaise with marketplace partners and support promotional campaigns
7. Process and fulfil daily orders, coordinating with dispatch and ensuring timely delivery
8. Monitor stock availability, packing materials, and support partial fulfilment when needed
9. Track performance and support reporting for sales, campaigns, and operations

Qualifications

1. Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in live streaming or public speaking
2. Proven track record in affiliate marketing and growing referral programs
3. Understanding of ecommerce trends and best practices
4. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
5. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
6. Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
