Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Cyberjaya. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce planning for restaurant and support functions. The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing performance review cycles, and supporting managers in coaching, feedback, and employee development. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee relations matters, ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company standards, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The role will also support training initiatives, HR data reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes to align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, HR policies, and best practices, preferably within retail, F&B, or hospitality environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work, with attention to detail and sound judgment in decision-making.
  • Experience in HR data management, reporting, and use of HR information systems or related digital tools.
  • Ability to design and support training, coaching, and development programs for team members and managers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment and partnering closely with restaurant leadership.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace.
