Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair of multifunction photocopiers and printers.
• Diagnose and rectify machine issues, including minor and major error codes.
• Conduct onsite customer support and technical assistance.
• Install, configure, and commission photocopiers, printers, and scanning solutions.
• Provide remote support and field service when required.
• Ensure machines operate according to manufacturer standards and customer expectations.
• Inspect, test, lubricate, adjust, and maintain equipment performance.
• Replace defective parts and perform machine overhauls when necessary.
• Handle production preparation, refurbishment, and machine quality control.
• Train and guide customers/operators on proper machine usage and basic maintenance.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate service records.
• Support emergency breakdown calls and customer service requests.
• Assist in leading and coordinating technical team activities when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in photocopier, printer, or office automation equipment servicing.
• Experience with Fuji Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, or similar brands is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills from basic faults to major machine repairs.
• Knowledge of copier mechanics, electronics, networking, and scanning functions.
• Able to work independently and travel to customer sites.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Positive attitude, responsible, and customer-service oriented.
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
