Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
Supported day-to-day store operations and management.
Inventory management, as well as maintaining merchandising standards.
Perform daily operation tasks.
Provide excellent customer service at all time and ability to handle feedback
Strengthen profitability, maintaining food quality and upholding good service standard.
Prepare and submit store supplies ordering promptly to ensure smooth operation.
Monitor inventory to ensure that resources are used effectively and minimizing wastage.
Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all time.
Ensure compliance to company Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as well as the cleanliness and sanitation at work areas.
Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Posses strong interpersonal and leadership skill with the ability to foster strong teamwork to expand capabilities.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Candidates must posses a minimum of 1 year of managerial experience in the F&B industry.
Guest oriented, and service-focused, with a strong ability to build customer loyalty and maintain regular patrons.
Self-motivated with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
Responsible, proactive and maintains a positive working attitude.
Willing to work 6 days a week on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
