Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma , Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma or Certificate in IT related field or equivalent
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Posses Own transport

Responsibility

• Schedule and coordinate engineer appointments with users/customers.
• Update, monitor, and close tickets in the ticketing system in a timely manner.
• Ensure all tickets are handled according to SLA and proper procedures.
• Communicate with engineers and users to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Participate in standby rotation when required to support operations outside normal working hours.
