• Manage the full recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave, and other HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Handle payroll administration and ensure timely submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and other related matters).
• Monitor employee performance, probation evaluations, and confirmation processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labour laws and regulations.
• Coordinate staff training, employee engagement activities, and company events.
• Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving workplace issues.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain proper filing of documents.
• Support general administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
