Job Description:

• Process Optimization: Analyse and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, OEE, Yield, and reduce scrap.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical related issues and provide solutions to provide solution to on hold quality materials.
• Product Quality: Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure production follow products work instructions and update related SOP.
• Production Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing teams, troubleshoot equipment and process issues, and minimize downtime.
• New Product Introduction (NPI): Assist Engineering in the smooth introduction of new products into production, including process development, tooling, and documentation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure optimal performance and proper maintenance.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and make recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Documentation: Create and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Health and Safety: Ensure that manufacturing processes adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
