Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update driver records, including licenses, certifications, and training documentation.
- Process driver payroll, including wages, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate driver schedules, assignments, vehicle inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor driver performance and prepare operational and compliance reports.
- Arrange and track mandatory driver training and certification renewals.
- Handle driver enquiries related to payroll, schedules, and work-related matters.
- Assist in accident and incident investigations and maintain related records.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
