Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
• 3–5 years of working experience is an added advantage
• Experience in tender preparation and cost estimation
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare tender documents, quotations, and cost estimates
• Analyze project costs and prepare budget reports
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Assist in project cost control and contract administration
• Prepare progress claims and project-related documentation
