Key Responsibilities

General Administration

• Perform day-to-day administrative duties (filing, data entry, document handling)
• Maintain proper record keeping for company documents and reports
• Manage office supplies and ensure stock availability

Inventory Support

• Assist in monitoring office and retail inventory levels
• Update inventory records and stock movement reports
• Coordinate stock requests between HQ, warehouse, and retail outlets
• Support periodic stock checks and stock take activities

Operations Support

• Assist the Operations Team in daily operational tasks
• Coordinate communication between HQ and retail stores
• Liaise with vendors for delivery, maintenance, and services

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare basic reports (inventory, stock movement, admin reports)
• Maintain proper filing systems (digital and physical)
• Assist in processing invoices, delivery orders, and related documents

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking skills
• Willing to learn and support operations-related tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Location : Kepong

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
