Requirements
- Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Minimum 5 passes in SPM
- Diploma or Degree holders are preferred
- Educational background in Actuarial Science, Insurance & Takaful, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage
- Possession of PCE, CEILLI, or TBE certification is preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's products and services
- Identify and recruit potential team members
- Conduct career-sharing sessions and presentations at universities, colleges, and professional organizations
- Guide, train, and mentor new recruits to support their career development
- Participate in daily online training sessions and company meetings
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Maintain professionalism and commitment to company initiatives and activities
