Requirements

  • Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Minimum 5 passes in SPM
  • Diploma or Degree holders are preferred
  • Educational background in Actuarial Science, Insurance & Takaful, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an added advantage
  • Possession of PCE, CEILLI, or TBE certification is preferred but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's products and services
  • Identify and recruit potential team members
  • Conduct career-sharing sessions and presentations at universities, colleges, and professional organizations
  • Guide, train, and mentor new recruits to support their career development
  • Participate in daily online training sessions and company meetings
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain professionalism and commitment to company initiatives and activities
