Job Purpose

Greet, promote, advice, follow up,achieve, responsible and ensure customer and company to ease workshop and operational flow to increase and achieve company’s target.

Operation

1. Greeting customer, offering, promote and advise to attend customer and maintain good customer relations.

2. To ensure all customer sign before and after to the SRO (Supplementary Repair Order) for the audit purpose.

3. To advise customer on the estimated price, spare part, and nature problems, the time of job completion and when the vehicle can be collected.

4. Follow up progress and update to the customer of repairs if have additional time or costing.

5. To ensure give clear explanation given to the customer before and after to increase customer satisfaction.

6. To answer inbound calls for outlet.

7. Ensure customer’s concern are handled effectively and in timely manner.

8. Assist customer which include appointment arrangement, estimated time, and cost required to meet customer satisfaction.

9. Inspect work before delivery to the customer after done service to deliver the customer to ensure the vehicle are properly done.

10. To carry out customer follow up within 3 days from the date service and need to update in system – PSFU (Post Service Follow Up Call).

11. Reminder call for existing customer and potential lost customer to gain more intake and to remind customer inquiries for information regarding services and warranty to achieve the target given by company.

12. Responsible on all warranty and explain warranty policy to customers.

13. Ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures.

14. To ensure of warranty claim in terms of the warranty claim decision particularly on abnormal technical defects.

15. To monitor, update and make appointment for part replacement upon the arrival of part ordered.

16. Ensure to give customer the “Vehicle Collection Slip” if the customer leave their vehicle at service center.
