Mr. Absorber is expanding nationwide, and we're hiring an experienced, execution-focused, results-driven Operations Executive (Fulfillment & Logistics) to lead daily fulfillment and logistics operations.

This role is responsible for managing order fulfillment, delivery coordination, team productivity, order accuracy, and overall operational performance. The successful candidate will ensure that customer, branch, and dealer orders are processed accurately, completely, and delivered on time.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the company’s expansion and operational scalability across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities :

Fulfillment Operations

* Manage and monitor daily order fulfillment activities.

* Ensure all customer, branch and dealer orders are processed accurately and completely.

* Monitor picking, checking and packing activities to maintain high order accuracy.

* Ensure order processing targets are achieved.

* Reduce order errors, incomplete deliveries and operational-related complaints.

Logistics & Delivery Coordination

* Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules.

* Ensure deliveries are completed according to the agreed timeline.

* Monitor on-time delivery performance.

* Ensure Proof of Delivery (POD) records are properly maintained and updated.

* Resolve delivery issues and operational disruptions promptly.

Team Management

* Lead and supervise:

* Senior Fulfillment Assistant

* Fulfillment Assistants

* Senior Driver

* Drivers

* Allocate daily tasks based on operational priorities.

* Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and company policies.

* Provide coaching, guidance and performance monitoring for team members.

Operational Performance Monitoring

* Monitor operational KPIs regularly.

* Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.

* Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions.

* Support operational improvement initiatives and projects.

Process Improvement

* Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

* Assist in developing SOPs, checklists and operational control systems.

* Support transformation initiatives in line with the company’s growth plans.
