Responsibilities
Product Manager
We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving category growth, managing product portfolios, and strengthening relationships with key retail partners.

Develop and execute category strategies to achieve business growth and profitability
Manage the full product lifecycle, including sourcing, pricing, promotion, and discontinuation
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery
Monitor sales performance, margins, and inventory levels to meet business targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, marketing, QA, and sales
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Support new product development and launch initiatives
Prepare regular business reviews, forecasts, and performance reports
Manage key accounts and work closely with major retail and trade customers to drive sales and distribution
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of relevant experience in category management, product management, or key account management within the FMCG industry
Solid understanding of food supply chain, inventory management, and market trends
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
Proven experience in managing key accounts and retail/trade customer relationships is an advantage
Excellent command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
