In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our technical departments and the global quantitative talent market. You will move beyond traditional "order taking" to become a true talent partner, leveraging market data to influence hiring decisions and ensuring we secure the world’s top quantitative researchers and engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a dedicated talent consultant to hiring managers in Quantitative Research, Trading, and Engineering. Drive the recruitment lifecycle by facilitating calibration sessions, defining search strategies, and maintaining momentum on open mandates.
Global Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage passive "top 1%" talent globally through sophisticated headhunting techniques, niche networking, and creative sourcing.
Agency Management: Orchestrate relationships with premium specialized search firms, ensuring they are aligned with our bar for quality and brand values.
Candidate Experience: Ensure an elite, high-touch interview journey for every candidate. You will be the brand ambassador, articulating our firm’s unique value proposition and navigating complex offer negotiations.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize recruitment analytics to track funnel health and provide real-time market mapping. You will provide insights on competitor movements, compensation trends, and talent density in specific quantitative domains.
Process Optimization: Continuously iterate on our interview frameworks to ensure they are both rigorous and efficient, reflecting the fast-paced nature of the quant industry.
