• Weld and assemble plastic parts and structures according to technical drawings, SOPs, and specifications.
• Operate welding tools and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., hot air welders, extrusion welders, fusion machines).
• Inspect workpieces for defects before and after welding to ensure quality and adherence to tolerances.
• Prepare and clean surfaces prior to welding, including cutting, grinding, and aligning materials.
• Perform leak tests and dimensional checks on welded assemblies as required.
• Document welding work, including job records, inspection reports, and rework logs.
• Collaborate with QC and Engineering teams to resolve welding issues or material concerns.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with 5S and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the welding process for quality and efficiency.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
