Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities including sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and staff confirmation.
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters and other HR correspondences.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, staff movements and probation status.
- Liaise with government agencies including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRD Corp.
- Assist in payroll administration and monthly HR reporting.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance management activities.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures and SOPs.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of HR working experience.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and Malaysian labour regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Salary
RM3,000 – RM4,500 (based on qualification and experience)
