Responsibilities / 岗位职责

Assist in livestream operations including host coordination, scheduling, and execution support

协助直播运营工作，包括主播协调、排班安排及执行支持

Support livestream management and ensure smooth daily live streaming sessions

支持直播管理工作，确保日常直播顺利进行

Assist in collecting and organizing livestream performance data (GMV, viewers, conversion rate, etc.)

协助收集及整理直播数据（GMV、观看人数、转化率等）

Support basic performance review and operational reporting

支持基础数据复盘及运营报告整理

Coordinate with hosts and internal teams to ensure smooth livestream execution

协调主播及内部团队，确保直播执行顺畅

Assist in improving operational workflow and efficiency when required

协助优化直播运营流程及提升工作效率

Requirements / 任职要求

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field

本科或大专及以上学历，相关专业优先

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce or livestream industry is preferred, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

优先考虑1–2年电商或直播行业经验者，应届毕业生亦可申请

Experience in TikTok / Shopee livestream operations, customer service, or account management is an advantage

有 TikTok / Shopee 直播运营、客服或账号管理经验者优先

Basic understanding of livestream operations including host management, scheduling, and execution flow

了解直播运营基本流程，包括主播管理、排班及执行流程

Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills

具备良好沟通、协调及执行能力

Able to work in a fast-paced livestream environment

能适应快节奏直播电商工作环境

Fluent Mandarin is preferred as the role requires communication with China management team

具备良好中文（普通话）沟通能力优先，需对接中国管理团队及主播

Working Arrangement / 工作安排

Shift-based working schedule

轮班制工作安排

5 working days per week with 2 rest days per week

每周5天工作制，每周休息2天

Rest days may fall on weekdays or weekends depending on roster arrangement

休息日根据排班安排，可能为工作日或周末

Occasionally required to support weekend or peak livestream campaigns

视直播活动情况，可能需支持周末或高峰直播场次

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,880.31 per month
