Role Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand woven fabric sales in the US, EU & Japan market

• Identify and build relationshiops with apparel brands, retailers and sourcing agents

• Manage and grow key customers accounts while ensuring long-term partnerships

• Lead product presentations and fabric development discussions with clients

• Collaborate with internal teams (prodution, merchandising, and R&D) to meet customer requirements

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands

• Represent the company at international texture exhibitions and trade shows

• Achieve sales targets and prepare regular sales forecasts and market reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Textile, Business, Marketing or related field

• 5-10 years of sales experience in textile sales, preferrable woven fabric, apparel, or related industries

• Good knowledge of the US & EU apparel markets and sourcing process

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts
