We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to introduce products, promotions, and solutions.
• Activate dormant customer accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, quotations, and customer requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Generate sales leads and support business development activities.
• Coordinate with Product, Purchasing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer records.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
• Assist in sales campaigns, telemarketing activities, and marketing initiatives.
• Support the sales team in achieving company sales targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with telesales, customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience will have an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Confident in speaking with customers over the phone and via email.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
