Our client is a statutory body managing all the government hospitals and institutes in Hong Kong. They are looking for individual talents to join their innovative development team.

1. Junior Programmer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement web-based IT systems

• Responsible for application/database setup and operations.

• Carry out technical evaluation and implementation of new technologies, e.g. Cloud, Docker, RESTful services, etc.

• Any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

• At least 1 year experience in application platforms, (e.g. JAVA, Springboot, React JS, Node.JS, etc.). 

• At least 1 year experience in RDBMS (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

• Server & platform management experience will be an advantage.

• Self-initiated, self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience in technical support on end-users.

2. Junior Programmer:

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing innovative AI solutions to enhance the services and patient care.

• Assist in documentation of user specification, system design and technical configuration.

• Contribute to LLM related projects with exposure to cutting-edge models.

• Hands-on experience in Python and FastAPI for building backend service.

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. 

• At least 1 year experience in Python and Java programming.

• At least 1 year experience in Cloud platform application development using OpenShift, docker, etc.

• AI and Machine Learning, computer vision, NoSQL (e.g. HBase, HIVE).

• Experience with agent skills, modern AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including: LangChain (for building LLM-powered applications) ,Transformers (Hugging Face),PyTorch.

• Self-initiated, self-motivated and able to work independently.
