Responsibilities
Sweet Reservations is looking for a reliable and hands-on Operations Executive to support daily operations across our 2 dessert café outlets.
We are looking for someone operationally strong, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and able to work independently
Good teamwork and communication skills
Comfortable handling both service and operational duties
Able to support and coordinate shift operations
Comfortable guiding junior team members during service
Prior F&B experience preferred
Leadership or shift management experience is a bonus
Working Hours
5-day work week
4 full shifts + 1 short shift weekly
Rotating shifts across 2 outlets
Includes weekends and public holidays
