We are currently seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor Manager or Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager to join the dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the quantity surveying function for multiple building projects, ensuring accurate cost management and budgeting.
• Prepare and analyze project cost estimates, including labor, materials, and overheads.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to monitor progress and adjust budget forecasts as necessary.
• Prepare tender documentation and conduct cost evaluations for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide strategies for cost control and dispute resolution.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to provide updates and address any inquiries.
• Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors in their professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within a main contractor environment.
• Proven experience in managing building projects; experience with hospital projects is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Candidate with less experinece will be consider as Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager.
