Job Description

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

  • Identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions that align with customer needs and business outcomes.

  • Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring long-term partnerships and satisfaction through proactive engagement and solution delivery.

  • Lead and support medium-to-large engineering projects involving network and security product configurations, ensuring timely and successful implementation.

  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions and achieve business objectives.

  • Represent TP-Link Hong Kong in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or other related fields would be preferrable

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in technical products, preferably security equipment or network devices.

  • Background in the security industry is highly preferred. 

  • Sound understanding of ISP or B2B’s team organization and operating mechanism

  • Proven ability to independently manage medium-to-large engineering projects involving network and security product configurations.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer relationship management and business outcome orientation.

  • Resilient, collaborative, and quick to learn new technologies.

  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese is essential.

  • Applicants must be Hong Kong Permanent Residents due to the nature of the work and legal requirements.
