What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently

2. Maintaining detailed records of all medications dispensed

3. Providing comprehensive information and advice to patients on the safe and proper use of their medications

4. Assisting with the management of the pharmacy's inventory and stock control

5. Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care

6. Adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines related to pharmacy operations

What we're looking for

1. Registered Dispenser qualification or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar dispensing role, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy setting

3. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, dosages, and administration methods

4. Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals

6. Commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care

7. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
