We are seeking a Sr Developer/Engineering Manager to lead a small team of engineers working on backend systems supporting trading and technology platforms. This is a role that combines technical contribution with people leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 1–3 engineers
• Contribute to system design, development, code reviews, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and enhance production backend systems
• Drive technical delivery and support BAU operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system stability and continuous improvement
• Support the growth and development of junior team members

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Rust and/or C++
• Prior experience managing people or mentoring junior engineers
• Experience from trading, technology, gaming, crypto exchange, or related industries
• Comfortable balancing technical responsibilities with people management
• Low-latency systems experience is a plus.
