• Ensure high-quality service delivery in daily engineering operations.
• Promote a cooperative and inclusive working environment that respects all cultures, races, and ethnicities.
• Conduct routine daily inspections of building common areas and service areas.
• Perform daily walkabout inspections and carry out necessary defect rectification works.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding defects to minimize operational disruptions and downtime.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management or the immediate supervisor.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
