We are looking for a proactive and analytical Product Supervisor to oversee end-to-end product management operations for the Thailand market. This role will be responsible for product planning, demand forecasting, market analysis, and cross-functional coordination with regional headquarters to drive business growth and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong market understanding, data analysis skills, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced regional environment.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insight studies to define product positioning and roadmap for the Thailand market
• Manage sales forecasting and demand planning by analyzing historical sales data and market trends
• Prepare forecast reports, monitor product performance, and provide optimization recommendations
• Gather and prioritize local market product requirements and support product documentation preparation
• Coordinate closely with regional headquarters to align on market updates, product plans, forecasts, and operational strategies
• Collaborate with local sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product implementation and execution
• Monitor customer feedback and operational performance to continuously improve product strategy and business performance
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and policy changes to support business decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, product operations, demand planning, or related functions
• Strong understanding of Thailand market trends, consumer behavior, and business environment
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively
• Experience in product planning, coordination, and cross-functional project management
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Thai and English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Experience working in regional or multinational companies
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, e-commerce, retail, or consumer products industries is a plus
• Familiarity with forecasting tools, reporting systems, or data analysis platforms is an advantage
