Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally through walk-in, phone, email, and social media channels.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, promotions, membership programmes, store policies, and services.
• Handle customer complaints and service recovery in a timely and effective manner.
• Coordinate with store operations, cashiers, merchandising, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Process customer requests such as refunds, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions, feedback, and complaint resolutions.
• Monitor and follow up on unresolved customer cases to ensure satisfactory closure.
• Assist in managing customer service counters and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
• Support customer engagement activities, promotional campaigns, and loyalty programmes.
• Prepare customer service reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, retail, supermarket, grocery, or related industries. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional languages will be an added advantage.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and on rotational shifts when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
