Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic projects assigned by the founders, from planning and execution to handover to the Operations team.
• Lead business improvement initiatives, including new business models, process enhancements, and digital automation projects.
• Apply continuous improvement practices (Kaizen) to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall project execution.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure project goals are achieved and challenges are resolved quickly.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and results to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify and document successful processes and best practices for future implementation across the business.
• Prepare and present project updates, outcomes, key learnings, and expansion plans directly to the founders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience in strategic projects, PMO, or operations excellence.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from zero to execution.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Lean or Six Sigma background preferred.
• Comfortable working at high intensity, ambiguity, gritty details and at start-up pace.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
