行政酒廊副理(Assistant Executive Lounge Manager)岗位职责职位概要

协助行政酒廊经理管理行政酒廊的日常营运,确保所有宾客获得专业、贴心及个性化的服务体验。负责监督团队表现、培训员工、处理宾客反馈,并确保酒廊服务标准及品牌标准得到全面落实。

主要职责

1. 营运管理

  • 协助管理行政酒廊日常运营,确保服务流程顺畅高效。
  • 监督早餐、下午茶、鸡尾酒时段及全天候服务的执行情况。
  • 确保酒廊环境、设施及设备保持最佳状态。
  • 定期巡视酒廊,确保清洁、陈列及服务标准符合酒店要求。

2. 宾客服务

  • 主动迎接及关怀贵宾、常住客及万豪旅享家精英会员。
  • 及时处理宾客投诉及服务补救,确保宾客满意度。
  • 收集宾客意见并向管理层提供改善建议。
  • 建立良好的宾客关系,提高宾客忠诚度及回头率。

3. 团队管理

  • 协助招聘、培训及指导酒廊团队成员。
  • 监督员工工作表现并提供持续辅导。
  • 负责班次安排及人力调配,确保营运需求得到满足。
  • 推动积极的团队文化及员工参与度。

4. 品质与标准

  • 确保品牌标准、酒店政策及服务流程得到严格执行。
  • 监督食品安全、卫生及职业安全要求。
  • 定期检查服务质量并推动持续改进。

5. 行政工作

  • 协助准备营运报告及相关数据分析。
  • 监控物资库存并协调补货工作。
  • 协助控制成本及减少浪费。
  • 与前厅部、餐饮部、客房部等相关部门保持紧密合作。

任职资格

  • 酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
  • 具备酒店前厅部、行政酒廊或餐饮管理经验。
  • 良好的领导能力及团队管理技巧。
  • 优秀的沟通及人际关系能力。
  • 能够灵活处理宾客投诉及突发情况。
  • 具备良好的英语及中文沟通能力,掌握其他语言者优先。

Assist the Executive Lounge Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through personalized and professional service. Responsible for supervising associates, maintaining service standards, handling guest concerns, and supporting overall lounge performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the Executive Lounge.
  • Ensure smooth execution of breakfast, afternoon refreshments, evening cocktails, and all-day lounge services.
  • Monitor the condition and maintenance of lounge facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and operational readiness.

2. Guest Experience

  • Welcome and engage with VIP guests, repeat guests, and Marriott Bonvoy Elite Members.
  • Resolve guest complaints and service recovery situations promptly and professionally.
  • Gather guest feedback and recommend service improvements.
  • Foster strong guest relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

3. Team Leadership

  • Support recruitment, training, coaching, and development of lounge associates.
  • Monitor team performance and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Assist with scheduling and manpower planning.
  • Promote teamwork, engagement, and a positive work environment.

4. Quality & Standards

  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, hotel policies, and service procedures.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

5. Administration

  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance analysis.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of supplies.
  • Support cost control and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Work closely with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in Executive Lounge, Front Office, or Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges effectively.
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
