Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining accurate sales records, and updating customer databases.
• Monitor, manage, and maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and proper usage.
• Handle general customer inquiries via phone calls and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner.
• Support daily operational and administrative activities to ensure smooth business processes.
• Generate and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports by extracting and analyzing system data.
• Coordinate weekly sales meetings, including scheduling and preparing agendas, as well as recording meeting minutes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as requested by management and supervisors

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Minimum SPM/Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1 year experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
• Required language: Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia or mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers calmly and professionally

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
