We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven TikTok Operation Executive to manage and optimize our TikTok Shop operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily execution across Seller Centre, ads performance, inventory flow, and content posting.
You will work closely with the Business Development Director – TikTok to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and maximize ROI across all TikTok activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Operations & Admin
- Manage and monitor daily operations of TikTok Seller Centres
- Set up and execute promotions, campaigns, and platform activities
- Handle returns, refunds, and appeals efficiently
- Maintain shop performance, account health, and compliance
- Manage and optimize product listings (upload, update, and accuracy)
2. Ads Management
- Monitor daily ad performance to ensure spending aligns with budget and ROI targets
- Identify high-performing creatives and provide insights to content/editor team
- Conduct monthly ad performance analysis and reporting
- Recommend optimization strategies to improve conversion and efficiency
3. Inventory Management
- Track stock levels and ensure sufficient inventory for continuous selling
- Coordinate inbound stock to avoid stock-outs
- Forecast potential stock shortages and alert management proactively
- Highlight potential sales loss risks due to inventory gaps
- Assist in listing new products as directed by the Director
4. Content Operations
- Ensure daily posting of videos across all TikTok accounts
- Coordinate with content team to maintain consistency and performance tracking
5. Operational Excellence
- Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement
- Ensure smooth coordination between operations, content, and marketing teams
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
6. Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
- Maintain proper documentation of operations and activities
7. Reporting Line
- Report directly to Business Development Director – TikTok
Requirements & Skills
- Strong understanding of TikTok Seller Centre and TikTok Ads
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and campaign management
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Experience in TikTok Ads and Seller Centre operations is an added advantage
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
