Snt Global Logistics Hiring! Full Time Inventory Supervisor in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 3,200 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Monitor daily inventory activities including receiving, storing, and issuing of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure stock accuracy and proper stock rotation (FIFO / FEFO where applicable).
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

2. Stock Control & Monitoring

• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits.
• Monitor slow-moving, damaged, or expired stock.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and location management of products.

3. Warehouse Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and customer service teams regarding stock movement.
• Ensure timely stock updates for inbound and outbound operations.
• Support warehouse operations to maintain efficient workflow.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory KPIs such as stock accuracy, shrinkage, and stock variance.
• Maintain documentation related to stock movement and adjustments.

5. Team Supervision

• Supervise inventory assistants or warehouse staff.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training on inventory control procedures.

6. Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to improve inventory management processes.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
