. Update attendance daily.

b. Student list update (GK, PHIS & ONLINE).

c. Response to School2me messages.

d. In charge of Library.

e. Take care of kids during dismissal.

f. Assist in clock in/out of students.

g. Leeds follow up.

h. Update on uniform and handle parents.

i. Update parents on the latest update or changes in classes/activities.

j. Assist with any events/ Principal if there is any task that needs to be completed immediately.

k. Welcome parents and students in the morning.

l. Handle all the walk-in customers through counselling and campus tours.

m. Keep the reception area neat and tidy.

n. Maintain record of school items for teachers and students use (Eg.sport item, paper usage,

and games)

o. Receive and update on EMO books of students.

p. Update library books and keep track of students borrowing the books.

q. Participate in weekend events.

r. Assist the Sales team when required.

s. Take up any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your HOD/Supervisor.
