Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the investment team.
  • Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and international travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Handle expense management, documentation, and reporting processes with accuracy and discretion.
  • Act as a key point of coordination between internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners.
  • Support team events, investor meetings, and visit logistics when required.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality while managing sensitive information and communications.
  • Drive operational efficiency by improving administrative workflows and tracking priorities.


Ideal Candidate

  • 8-15 years of experience supporting senior executives or investment teams, preferably within private equity, financial services, real estate, or professional services environments.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, stakeholder-oriented approach.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
